You will need to purchase suitable medical insurance before you travel. Please also ask for details on how to use your medical insurance in China and who to contact for medical services.
There is a healthcare clinic on campus for the treatment of minor conditions and, should your condition be more serious, an English and Mandarin-speaking member of staff will accompany you to hospital.
