有种音乐,散发出幽暗的光芒,
透露着诡异,夹杂着的呼吸声让人窒息,
似乎要被黑暗吞噬。
即便是赋予一个快乐的名字,
也会让人跟着旋转,旋转,
张开双臂,
徒手抓空,
尘四处飘落,
回归于大地的环抱。

耳边是火车有节奏的和铁轨摩擦的声音
还有音乐播放器的声音
我的目的地是那座再熟悉不过的城市-杭州
车窗外还是继续飘着雨 讨厌的阴雨绵延
让人头脑发昏 振作不起精神
车厢里的暖气不知何时已变成冷风 有点冷
离开杭州已将近两年
突然间
才意识到时间就在每天的平淡中流逝
浓缩的记忆似乎只留下两点 起始和结束
一个人的旅程有些无聊 却给了我一些独自思索的时间
如果思想也能有相机的功能 瞬间捕捉
那我就无需这么费力的用手机记录了
恼人的数据核对终于结束了,呼出一口气,可以去填饱肚子了。(早上还有一件趣事,与我同组的老师竟是中国美院的,在对方一再追问籍贯稍觉纳闷后,才知我们竟然还是老乡。)
check out 之后,正值午睡时间,睡意袭来,很想倒头大睡,可惜那张舒服的大床已不再属于我。将大背包交给行礼员,卸下了包袱。
问:“时间有限制么?“
答:“没,只要不超过三个月就好了。“ ^_^有点可爱的回答。
天空依然下雨,打起伞,起身去图书大厦,直走,转弯,即到。这个书店,我对它似乎有些偏爱。原本,我就住在离它不远的前方小区,只要骑车几分钟,走路,也不过十来分钟。于是,我一直期望着在休闲时光能经常光顾这家书店,结果可想而知,去的次数少之又少。如今,因为出差,我才如意得再次来到这里。
习惯性的,我还是先去一楼新品展区浏览了一下,希望能发现一些有意思的书,哪怕一本,有点失望,没有找见能勾起我购买欲的书。只好暂时告别书架,一头栽进音乐书店里去了。每次都可以在音乐里流连很久。我是音乐热爱者,会花些小钱挑几张特别钟意的碟,但适可而止,因为便捷的网络让囊中羞涩的我自我控制。一位长得有些阳光的男生服务员见我手中的一张黑胶CD,顿时说了句:“那边有试听。“顺着手指的方向,看到一台JVC音乐播放机
(我家的也是JVC^_^),可惜,该专辑都是改编自中国的民乐,不是我喜欢的类型。慢慢地,一张一张的,眼睛瞥过每一张CD,最后挑了两张――旋转爱-罗忆诗 & 绿钢琴-凯文 柯恩。
随即,搭乘电梯到了二层,头脑已经晕乎乎的。在靠左的一个角落,一狭长的小区被隔成了一个小小的咖啡吧,整体地摆放了两排桌椅。要了一杯Cappuccino,一小块柠檬慕丝蛋糕,找了一个靠墙的位置坐下,书店的整个景象通过瞳孔在我眼前呈现。旁边的同学在桌上放着几本书,有看的,有做摘抄的,也有做素描的,突然间,疲惫感被另一种感觉所替代,何不将这样的下午时光看作是一种享受?即便头脑发昏,浑身乏力,也可以在小闹中取静,让自己体会失去的都市情节,那种久违的感觉。

向邻座的男孩要了一张素描纸,在桔黄顶光的投射下,开始记录下以上文字。
似乎,我明白了那些背着背包,挂着相机的旅行者,旅行的意义对他们来说是一种乐趣,探索和发现。带着一种漫游的心情,行走在不同的大街小巷,以一种搜寻的目光看周围的人和物,除去急躁,你便拥有了一种重新认知这个世界的新能量,任何不起眼的普通景象透过你的解析和镜头的捕捉会形成一种全新的概念。至少,当下我是这么认为的,为此,我带有些欣喜,连同我那枯死的文字灵感也一并被激发了回来。
对面坐下一个小男孩,带了一本书,服务员过来在他身旁微蹲,礼貌地小声对他说:“请点杯咖啡吧。“ 小男孩面带笑意说了一句,隔着耳机,没能听清,但后来他并没买咖啡,这让我对这里的服务心生好感,不会粗鲁地拒绝没按规定消费的顾客。
发觉邻座的男孩似乎要收拾物品离去,赶忙又向他要了一张素描纸。
“你是学美术的么?“
“我学建筑的。“
“哦,谢谢!“
“能帮我看下东西么?“ 旁边的女孩问。
“可以啊,没问题。“ 我的回答。
与偶遇的陌生人的偶尔交谈也是一种乐趣,不是么?
咖啡吧的座位渐渐的因离开的顾客空出来,又渐渐的因新来的客人而少去。指针在不经意间已从15:26滑向16:50分。手机铃响,接到同学电话,告知,已下班,返回途中,约好晚上七点在市中心某一点,陪她去听英语培训试听课程,随后一起晚餐。有些晚,我怕我的胃要抗议,先准备点晚餐前的snack吧。

因为旅途,因为欠缺的睡眠,因为阴雨的天气,因为负重的背包,让我的牙又开始不合时宜地隐隐作痛,所以,尽管咖啡没加糖,蛋糕不是很甜,也会让我心生一丝丝畏惧,那种阵痛和因此牵扯的头部神经痛已让我不堪忍受了好一阵子。但是,这样的一杯咖啡和这样的一块蛋糕换来的一个如此不同感觉的一个下午,很惬意,很值得。
吃下碟中最后一小口蛋糕,回头看,玻璃窗外,雨已渐小,夜色渐浓,应是归家的人居多吧。家中有展温暖的灯为你亮着,有爱你的人等你回家。
我呢?剩着约会时间前的空隙,再去试试寻到好书的运气!

周六,多个雨天过后的晴天,能看到柔柔的阳光,不是很耀眼,但很舒服。

步骤:先翻炒洋葱,再将调好的牛肉倒入炒至9成熟,之后依次倒入胡萝卜,青椒,青椒容易熟,不需用时很久
同时,用另一锅煮面,将熟面捞出,和配料一起翻炒,出锅。

World travel is cheap and easy. In fact, with a little practice and effort, you can travel the world for free.
The idea that travel is expensive and difficult is bullshit peddled by tour companies, hotel chains and corporate media.
The tourism industry wants you to buy cruise packages and stay at all-inclusive resorts.
They want you to choose a travel experience the same way you would choose a new jacket at the mall. They want your Credit Card number.
The tourism industry doesn’t want me to reveal the simple secrets of free travel, but I’m going to share them with you anyway.
It can be scary to venture into the world with nothing more than optimism and good-will, but personal freedom begins with a leap of faith.
Travel frees you from the grind of daily routine. You will explore new places, meet new people, try new foods and learn things about the world – and yourself – that you never imagined were possible.
The joy of new experience is the most wonderful thing about travel – and new experiences are free. Walk the streets of a city. Stop and chat with a local. People watch in a public park. Climb to the top of a hill and watch the sun set over the ocean.
The simple joy of being in a new place is just a matter of…wait for it…going someplace new. No tour package required.
The modern American economy is built on the false premise that people need to buy new goods and services all the time. Again, I call bullshit.
People need fresh air, healthy food, clean water, exercise, creative stimulation, companionship, self-esteem and a safe place to sleep.
All of these things are simple to obtain. Most of them are free.
For fresh air, go outside. For exercise, take a walk. For creative stimulation, go somewhere new. For companionship, make a friend. For self esteem, turn off your TV, breathe deep and open your spirit to the basic goodness of the world.
Things like food and shelter are much cheaper once you get outside the United States. See # 5 below for ways to obtain food and shelter for free.
If you live in New York and want to take a 2 week vacation to Africa, it will be very difficult (though not impossible, see number eight) to travel for free.
Indeed, as long as you believe that time is money, you will spend money all the time.
Time is not money. Time is free. You have all the time in the world.
Instead of buying a plane ticket, catch a ride out West, or remodel an old sailboat, or just hop on your bike and ride away from town. The slower you travel, the less money you will spend.
When you travel, you don’t need to pay rent. You don’t need a car. You don’t need an oven, a washer-dryer, electricity, Cable TV, a gym membership, a sofa and loveseat or a closet full of clothes.
You don’t need a suit and tie to wear to your job because you don’t need a job. You don’t need to worry about paying the bills, because there are no bills to pay.
You are free.
Many people are willing to open their homes to travelers. Chip in with a few chores, and they will give you a free meal, too.
CouchSurfing and WWOOF are two phenomenal online networks that help travelers connect with local hosts. CouchSurfing members are willing to give travelers a place to sleep for a night or two. WWOOF connects travelers with organic farmers who want to trade room and board for an extra hand.
Many members of both CouchSurfing and WWOOF are seeking an alternative to high-impact consumer culture.
If you have a skill, such as cooking, animal husbandry, massage, musical ability or basic carpentry, you can barter for free food and accommodation as you travel.
Universally appreciated skills like cooking are best, though niche skills that are in high demand, like website design, are also useful. Native English speakers can often travel the world for free by teaching language classes in each destination they visit.
The slower you travel, the easier it will be to work out a mutually beneficial arrangement with a local community or host.
Although it’s possible to travel for free in a big city, it’s damn difficult. Cities are built on money, and necessities like fresh air, clean water and a safe place to sleep are difficult to come by in cities.
Go to the country, where people are more relaxed, food is plentiful and there’s ample room for one traveler to lay out her sleeping bag under the stars.
Who among us hasn’t wished that they were just a little smarter? Maybe you’re in school and just want to go that extra little bit to get a better grade on a test. Maybe you want to show your boss that you are good enough to get that promotion. Increasing your brainpower has been the subject of many an ad and infomercial touting herbs and other products designed to make you smarter for a price. But what are some ways you can go about boosting your brainpower that you can do right now, without having to pay that hefty price tag.
Sleep is one of the easiest things to do, yet one of the ones that most of us don’t do. We live in a busy age and often it seems like we don’t have enough time to get everything done we want to. So many of us sacrifice our hours of sleep to get that last little bit of time in to accomplish our daily tasks. Giving your body the rest it needs every night can boost your ability to function at your best the next day.
Read a book. Being smarter is not only about thinking but knowledge plays a big part in it too. Reading helps your brain stay active. The more you read, the more you know, and the smarter you will be. Think of it as exercise for the brain.
Learn something new and then teach someone else how to do it. There is a big difference between knowing something and being able to teach it to someone else. There is nothing like trying to break something down into simpler terms for others to help you understand it better than you did before.
Take a nap. It has been proven that naps are beneficial and help you function better for the rest of the day.
Work on a puzzle. It can be anything from the newspaper crossword or the new Sudoku puzzle. Puzzles help you use your brain to figure out the answers. Crossword puzzles also have the added benefit of increasing your vocabulary and trivia knowledge. Your brain needs exercise just like your body does to be able to function in top form.
Don’t forget to eat. You have to give your brain the energy it needs to function. Skipping meals can lead to fatigue, making it harder for you to think and perform at your very best. Eating healthy can improve your brain’s health as well as your body’s.
Write something. Writing is another good exercise for the brain. By getting those creative juices flowing, not only does it help you think better, but by writing about things you know, it helps you to understand them better. It is rather like teaching them to someone else, just without the face-to-face contact.
Try turning off that television set and going for a walk. A walk will stimulate your body and relax your mind. Just as watching too much T.V. can hurt your body, it also causes your brain to slow down as well.
Remember to avoid excessive alcohol and drugs. Drugs and alcohol can harm your thinking by making it harder for your brain to work properly. Moderation is the key.
So go out there and boost your brainpower, your mind will thank you.

打盹儿。实验证明,午睡是有好处的,它可以帮你更好地完成这一天剩下的工作。
猜谜。报纸上的纵横字谜、新式的数独难题…什么都行。谜帮你使用大脑找出答案。填字游戏还有利于增加词汇量和豆知识。 就像你的身体需要运动一样,你的大脑也需要操练才能保持最佳状态。
别忘了吃东西。你必须提供让你的大脑工作所需要的能量。不进餐会导致疲劳,这样你就更难充分去思考和表现。健康饮食可以同时改善你的大脑和身体的健康状况。
