Precision assembly conference – incl. green topics
The Precision Mnaufacturing Centre, University of Nottingham is organising the 5th International Precision Assembly Seminar. Although focussed on microassembly, I found the following topics in the ‘Call for Papers’ that relate to green manufacturing:
- Life cycle modelling of assembly systems
- Processes and systems for disassembly
Additionally there a quite a few advantages in terms of sustainability related to the development of desktop factories (probably a topic for a separate post).
